The programme will provide you with an understanding of the sources of change which are leading to the transformation of such roles; to identify the new skills and competencies required for the ‘learning consultant’ affected by these changes; to provide knowledge that will enable practitioners to develop their skills both in supporting the learning process and performance management in organisation; and to provide knowledge that enables you, as a practitioner or policy maker, to evaluate the nature of performance, workplace learning and skills debates on the national and international level.

Duration: The programme may be completed in 2 years, but may be extended to a maximum of 4 years
Entry Requirements
- A first or second class Honours Degree in a relevant field from an approved Institution OR an approved professional Qualification.
- 3 or more years relevant professional working experience.
- English language proficiency – If English is your 2nd language, you are required to submit an IELTS Test of 6.5 with 7.0 in writing OR a TOEFL Test of 250 (Computer)/600 (Paper)/90 (IBT) OR the CLMS English Test
