The CLMS distance learning BSc is a unique course that provides all the benefits of a University of Leicester degree with maximum flexibility to suit the needs of working professionals.
Aims: The BSc is designed for training and human resource practitioners to build on existing academic experience. This can either be from a foundation degree or the CLMS Diploma Programme.

Duration: The amount of time required to complete the entire course is variable dependent on your current qualifications and experience. Accordingly The BSc can be completed within 1 – 2 years.
Those who have little or no prior knowledge of training or HR operations can start with the Certificate programme and on successful completion can enrol for the BSc Year 2 followed with BSc Year 3. Entrance is given to applicants who are qualified to GCSE and A-level standard or equivalent (e.g. High School graduation).
Entry requirements:
The requirements for admission to the BSc Honours year are the successful completion of the CLMS Diploma in Higher Education, or equivalent qualification such as foundation degree, together with work experience in a relevant field.
